I don't know anything about your Sarah or Shrewsbury or Hulse ancestors. I don't know exactly what you're seeking, but Sarah Harris Shrewsbury should be on the KY death index, as the statistics were recorded by law from 1911. Her death certificate might provide info about her parentage. I've never been able to follow my Harris line. I attempted to trace the progeny of Jane Edgar Harris and her husband James Harris b 1822 or 1823. I've been unsuccessful in finding William Harris and daughter Ellen Harris. I read some of you posts and see you have an Ellen in your ancestry.

I traced the children of James P. (sic?) Harris and Jane Edgar Harris: Laura Harris Givan, Susannah Francis Harris Hay, John D. Harris, and James L. Harris. I actually believe I'm working with a family with step or half brothers and sisters in it. Apparently an Ellen Harris gave birth to Gilliam Harris who died in Colorado after moving to OK (Canute area). Her husband was listed on the death certificate as George Harris and Jane Edgar was listed as the mother. James L. Harris moved to Washita County and is buried in Canute. So Gilliam, Ellen and James L were all in the area together suggesting they were kin. Other data confirms it too. Do you have an OK connection? Do you have an Ermine Harris in your line?
