In SW Indiana, they went to Shawnee Town, IL. In Christian Co., KY
they went to Montgomery, TN. It was not necessarily where they went
for "fun," but rather a place that they could "elope" or be allowed
to follow a different set of marriage laws, such as: parental
consent, bonding, etc.
