Have you studied the 1900 Hardin County KY Census for Harrises. Take a look at James L. Harris and Lucy Harris and their daughter Myrtle. Note the names of the other people in the household. They are listed as siblings of James L or perhaps Lucy. Their birth dates make it unlikely they could be children of James L. Harris's alleged mother, Jane Edgar Harris. Do you recognize any of the names? Can you help me identify the people?
As to Harrises marrying Harrises, if the death certificate for Gilliam Harris in CO is correct, his mother was a Harris who also married a Harris. I just can prove who he was.
