Trying to establish the parents of James M. W. Allen b. 10 Oct 1830 KY. Says father b. Ire, Mother b. KY. A James Allen show up in 1850 Breck. Co census with a Adkisson/Atkinson family. James was Married Perry Co., IN to Perlina Glenn in 1853 and lived in the Rome/Tobinsport area. Any info as to if this could be the same person would be appreciated
