I am working on the Severs family of Union Star starting with Jacob Peck
Severs born l809 in Anderson Co TN and lived in Breckinridge Co and Louisville
after leaving home. I would appreciate contacting anyone interested and have a
considerable amount of Genealogy to share .

I have proven by dna one additional sibling of his who was Charles J Severs
born l8ll with offspring as far as California but mostly in Muskogee OK where
one of them built the Severs Hotel which still stands but is a bank building.

In my small branch there was a family legend about a Hessian soldier and
the father of Jacob Peck Severs (William Severs born l752) seems to be the
only possible person to be the subject of this legend. I am particularly
interested in anyone from that family who is aware of that legend and any
information they may have on that subject.

Other siblings of Jacob Peck Severs are proven to be John born l798 (MO),
William born l796(MO), Mary "Polly" (TN) born l795, and probably Daniel H born
l802 (AL and AR) as well as Charles J born l8ll and lived in AR
Charles Severs Louisville, Ky
