GARFIELD -- Delphus Otis "D.O." Davis, 92, of Garfield died Sunday, May 29, 2005, at his home. He was a retired owner-operator of D.O. Davis General Store in Garfield.
Survivors include his wife, Irene Davis; a daughter, Jeanette Jeffries; and two sons, Donnie Davis and Troy Davis.
Services: Noon Wednesday at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg. Burial: Hensley Cemetery near Garfield. Visitation: From 3:30 to 8 p.m. today and after 8 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions: Hensley Cemetery.
