Jarboe, Joseph S.

Joseph Samuel Jarboe Private services were held for Mr. Joseph Samuel Jarboe, age 84, of Nacogdoches. Mr. Joseph Samuel Jarboe died Sunday, December 3, 2006 in Nacogdoches. Born June 27, 1922 in Hardinsburg, KY, he was the son of Pearl (Scott) Jarboe and Joseph Phillip Jarboe. He was employed by Indiana Bell Telphone Company. Survivors include his wife Mildred Jarboe of Lexington, KY; sons, Jerry Jarboe of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Samuel Jarboe of Nacogdoches, TX; daughter, JoDell Zambrano of Lexington, KY; step daughters, Cheryl Scott of Spring City, TN and Konda Cobb of The Villages, FL; seventeen grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research, Grand Central Station, P.O. Box 4777, New York, NY 10163. Laird Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
