Paul,

Ky deaths from 1911 on can be found at an on line index. If you have
Ancestry.com they have this and another Ky with actual death certs.
Death Certs have parents names and the informants name and address..
Not always the spouse.

The index is also available for free on line. Very minor children
Orphans would have a county record and maybe a probate detailing their.

Try Addies death county first, then Breckinridge.

School age children may have records, try the county archives.

Have you checked the local cemeteries, may be buried in a family plot
With other generations and names. Also records may include the responsible
Party for the expenses.

Good Luck, Steve

Subject: [KYBRECKI] Need guidance

Here's my brick wall and I'm hoping for some guidance on where to go next...

1910 Breckinridge Co Census lists my g-grandfather, siblings and parents:
Residing at 59 High Street, Cloverport
Henry T. Davis (head)
Addie M. Davis (wife)
Myrtle Davis (dau)
Frederick Davis (son)
Roy Davis (son - my g-gfather)
Mary (dau)
Robert (son)
John (son)

What records are available in Breck County to see if they were living there
in 1911, 1912, 1913, etc. I can't find ANY hits on any of the kids or Henry
after this census (except for Roy who reappears in the 1930 census married
to my g-gmother). Some of the kids (namely Mary, Robert, & John) are too
common a name. Sometimes their last name was spelled Davies and once I saw
it written as Daviess.

In 1920 they all seem to disappear completely. Poof. Nada. I believe
Addie married Allen G. Jupin (Dupin) sometime around 1913 so Henry may have
died by then. She died in 1915 in Meade COunty. Because this happened
between census years I have no idea if the younger kids went with Addie or
what happened. UGGG.

There is only one suviving child of Roy and I hope to query her very soon
about her aunts and uncles to see if she has any recollection of where they
lived, who they married, etc.
