Can anyone do a marriage lookup for me?

I saw this item in "The Breckenridge news: n. Wednesday, October 26, 1910" - "Marriage licenses William T. Hurt 21 and Murtle Davis 17 both of Cloverport".

I would assume the marriage took place in Cloverport shortly after this notice was printed in the newspaper.

I think this Myrtle is my g-grandfather's sister; the age, name, and location line up. Niether me nor anyone in my living family knows my g-grandfather's siblings or their families. I would like to try and find their survivors and perhaps reconnect.
