Wm. CAMPBELL (col.) as he was coming up out of Reinecke mines, last Monday, became dizzy and losing all control of himself fell headlong into the shaft. Death was instantaneous. His body was taken to Hopkinsville for burial. (Source: Earlington Bee, Thur., Aug. 17, 1893)
