Basically, Rev. Dickey travelled around eastern Ky. He wanted to record
family histories of these interesting people of the mountains. He recorded
happenings in his diaries and interviewed older citizens about there what they
knew of the area, it's people, and their ancestors. These diaries have been
photocopied onto microfilm with reel 3 having to do more with genealogy of
familes.
I hope I've explained this right.
