I am trying to find my ggggrandfather.My gggrandfather was Hiram Begley
born 1824 in Kentucky.He married Mary Ann Norris who was born in MO. They
came out west and settled in CA.I am trying to find out who Hiram's father
was. Hiram and Mary Ann had the following children;Sarah Elizabeth, Dicey
Ann, Granville Henry,Olive Henrietta,Lucinda,Jonathan and Hiram.Hiram and
Mary Ann are listed in the 1850 El Dorado Co.,CA census. Does any one have
any information on who Hiram's father was, or an ancestor that might have
went with Hiram to CA.?Any information would be greatly appreciated.
