A 19 year old Harlan County man has been charged with first degree
manslaughter in the shooting death of his brother late Friday night. The
shooting followed an argument around 11:00 p.m. said state police.
Ronald Skidmore, of Cawood, was arrested at 8 p.m. Saturday in the death of
George Ray Skidmore, 25 also of Cawood. Ronald Skidmore was being held in the
Harlan County Detention Center under a 15,000 bond.
