Was Shot Three Or Four Times On Martins Fork.

Otis Click who was shot two or three times Sunday on Martins Fork by
Hobart Middleton, died at a local hospital on Tuesday. A coroners inquest
exonerated Middleton from any blame in the shooting.
Middleton was shot once in the leg during the difficulty. Click is alleged
to have been and forced the trouble on Middleton.
Otis Click is the second man shot and killed in Harlan County in 1926, the
other being Oscar Guthrie who was shot and killed in a drunken brawl near
Poor Fork several weeks ago.
