Surname: HUBBARD, LOGSDON, HALSEY, SMITH, MARKHAM

I am seeking information about my grandfather's family. His name was Claude
HUBBARD, born sometime around 1900 (maybe a little before or after),from
Harlan Co., KY. His mother's maiden name was LOGSDON but I don't have a
first name for her or his father.
He moved to WV at some point in his life and married Carrie Alice HALSEY.
They had 2 children, Claude Jr. was killed in WWII, and Genevieve, my mother.
Claude Sr. was killed in a mining accident in Wyoming Co., WV somtime in
the early fall of 1924 just before my mother was born.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
