I am searching for information on my grandfather, Claude HUBBARD. He was
born around the turn of the century. I have been told that he was from
Harlan County and that after his father died, his mother married again to a
man named LOGSDON. I don't know if he had siblings or half-siblings. The
only other information I have is that he moved to Wyoming County, WV, married
my grandmother, Carrie HALSEY, had two children (Claude, Jr. and
Genevieve)and died in a coal mining accident in 1924. Any information would
be greatly appreciated as my mom (Genevieve) never knew her father as he died
a month or so before she was born and she would very much like to learn more
about him.
