Hello,
Rufus D. Wilson was the son of Zachariah Wilson and Rachel Coldiron. He
was born about 1868 in Harlan Co. Zach Wilson was the son of John Wilson
and Lovey Saylor. Rachel Coldiron was the daughter of Jesse Coldiron and
Lavina Blanton.

I cannot tell you for certain which Minta Howard that Rufus married. There
is a Minta Matilda Howard who was born in 1873 and died in 1893, daughter
of Adron V. Howard and Mary Howard. There was an Araminta Howard born 1866,
daughter of Wilson Howard and Susan Lewis. There were a couple of others
who were either too old or married someone else. Minta was a short form
of Araminta. Arey was sometimes also a short form of Araminta, though it
could be short for a couple of other names.

I have no information on Frank Saylor at this time. Perhaps someone else
will have his family for you.
