>Cousins, Would anyone with the SW cemeteries book let me know if the area
known as Black Mountain near Slater's fork or the Pansy/Yancey area is
covered in that book. Does its provenance extend to the Lee county line or
skip that area altogether and cover more over towards Pineville? Looking
for FEES/IRVINS/BALLS and assume they are out of the range of the book.
Many thanks for any clarification before I purchase the book. Carol

Hello,

There is nothing on the map of the area covered to let me know the number
of approx. number of miles covered. However, I can determine from the
map that on the western border there is a town of Molus (with Pineville
showing as a little over 13 miles. On the northern border, it runs north
of the towns of Layman, Coldiron, Longton, Fresh Meadows and Wallins Creek.
On the eastern borner, it runs approx. from Fresh Meadows south down to
below the town of Creech. On its southern border, it runs above Pathfork
and Insull. Overall, it is west of Loyall and Harlan.

All the names you have mentioned are, however, contained in the book.
