Once again I need your help. I need someone to do a lookup in the 1890 or

1900 Harlan census for Freeman Howard . He was born 13 Dec 1889 in
Harlan,
the son of James E. Howard. He had a brothers named Dewey and Henry and
a
half sister Elsie. Anything you have is very much appreciated.
