Hi Kathy. I checked the Kentucky Death Index and Alfred was there. His wife
also. If you go there and record the information(index#, date of death)and
scroll down the page there are volunteers who will copy the death certificate
for $1 and mail it to you. I used Chester Ward several times and he got the
certificate to me by the next week. The parent's names should be on there and
the cemetery where they are buried.
