HI!

We always held a "White Elephant" sale to clean out storerooms, attics and
garages and get rid of things that were not used, not liked or just not
wanted any more. Generally things were considered "white elephant" if more
than usually odd. This was before all the garage sales became popular!

Often the sale was sponsored by an organization or church to raise money!
Could find almost anything at one!
