All of the rootsweb.com lists should have the same format for
subscribing and unsubscribing.

All of the 'subscribe' and 'unsubscribe' messages go to the
<listname>- address.
Then, all of the posts (once you get subscribed) go to the
<listname>-l@rootsweb.com address.

The <listname> will probably be either a surname or a state & county
name in the format of SSCCCCCC. Where SS is the state abbreviation and
the CCCCCC are the first six letters of the county name. Like MNBecker
or KYLaurel or MNHennep. The ones that get tricky are the really long,
multiple word counties. Like MDPGeorg - which is for Maryland, Prince
George Co.
