Polly Wagers, 61, Keavy Road, London, died Tuesday, July 25, 2000, at the
Baptist Regional Medical Center, Corbin.

Born in Perry County on January 4, 1939, she was the daughter of Waltis
Kilburn and the late Doshia Kilburn. She was a member of the Keavy Church
of Christ.

Survivors include her husband, Cornell Wagers; her father, Waltis Kilburn;
three daughters, Athaleen Thomas, London, Reba Dyvonne Scalf and Patricia
Hall, both of Corbin; six sisters, Tiney Farris, Greenwood, Ind., Jewleen
Slone, Akron, Ind., Imogene Beckner, Kathleen Stamper, Josephine Cornett
and Lorene Altizer, all of London; three brothers, Arvil Kilburn, Carl
Kilburn and Waltis Kilburn Jr., all of London; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her mother; two brothers, Jessie Kilburn and
Basco Kilburn; and two sisters, Marie Wells and Oma Hensley.

Funeral services for Mrs. Wagers will be conducted today (Friday), July
28, at 1 p.m. at the Laurel Funeral Home chapel with Bro. Jerry Brown officiating.

Burial will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery.
