Dear Carolyn Brock Karlstrom:
While our families seem to be quite similar, I don't think they are of
the same line. First you asked for Ragan Brock's wifes name. Our Ragan
was married to Matilda Knight---His father John, to Elizabeth Ragan.
Yes, their son Daniel Ragan had a brother named George, however I've
been told that George's full name was Goerge Washington Brock by his Gr.
Granddaughter, Wendy Ellis of Oklahoma, so the two George's don't line
up. Also wonder if they would have used the middle name of Ragan for
two of their sons, Daniel and George. Might your George Ragan be a
different branch of the same tree? I don't recognize any of the other
names you give at all. Do you have any birth dates for the names you
have? Perhaps that would help us track down the connection.
