Hi Gerri,

I wanted to thank you for doing these wonderful little "snapshots in time".

Two other things,
1 are there similar publishings & mailings for other counties (we've been
researching mine and my husband's families, and find we are going to have to
order microfilm of newspapers of the day. His great grandfather was mobbed,
drug out of jail and lynched in 1903. It would have been noted in the
Maysville Bulletin. Would there be a similar entity in Maysville, to the one
you're involved with that grants permission to publish the Mt. Echo that
might sponsor the Maysville Bulletin?)

2. is there a central organization that directs the work of volunteers? I'm
in Austin, TX. Is there anything that I could do from here to help put info
on the 'net? For instance, I've seen a couple of old cemetaries. Where
would one start to record the information there? Who organizes the volunteer
efforts?

Thanks for any info and/or directions.

Nola Thacker
