Surname: Waters, Cooper

My Grandfather (Crit Waters) was from McCreary County Ky. He was a Coal
Miner at Mine 18 (Devils Creek?)He was married to a Deva Cooper and they
had a daughter (my Mother) Mildred Waters. I am searching for any information
about them. I have very little to go on. He was born in 1909 and died in
1947, buried in Nancy Grave cemetary. I have been unable to find out any
information on Deva Cooper Waters (Grandmother) except that her death occurred
sometime in (approx) the year 1935, have had no luck finding a grave site,
although my mother says she was buried at Nancy Grave and has since put
a headstone on her grave there.(No record of her in the Nancy Grave cemetary
list ?) We believed she died from T.B. My mother and I visited the Mine
years ago and spoke to a woman in the gift shop there who knew my mother
and her family. We didn't get a name. She told my mother how she thought
Deva had died, and said she reconized my mother. My mothers Aunt Rachael's
voice is on the Mine information kiosk. If anyone knows anything about
