Folks...
This "lady" (and I now use this term very loosly) was NOT "reprimanded."
She has been asked VERY nicely twice lately not to send the long lists of
**FTP** links to the list anymore but rather to post a message telling the
list about them and where to go to find them. She ignored my requests. I
asked her VERY nicely again and explained why.

I have just received TWO of the number one most nasty, ugly, rude, messages
from her that I have EVER received from ANYONE in all the time that I have
been doing genalogy. Let's just say she likes 4 letter words. I am in shock
that a fellow geneaolgist would behave this way.

Copied below is the message I sent her this evening. You be the judge as to
whether or not this is a "reprimand." (copied complete with my typing errors.)

I was totally shocked at her response and never in a million years would
have expected such behaviour - especially for no earthly reason.
She will not be allowed on these lists again.
I thought you deserved an explanation for the outlandish post she just made
to the list.

Maybe you didn't receive my message a few days ago. Please don't continue
to post so many URLs like this to the lists, OK? It is not a good idea at
all. Please if you want to share these with the list, justsend a not and
say "you can get to these from RootsWeb. These are FTP sites that you are
sending and lots of people cannot even access them.
Please write back and let me know you got this message.
