Hello Fellow researchers:

I have learned from the Campbell County Tennessee Historical Society that they will be accepting Family History Articles for their Family History Book until April 1, 2002.

I am also informed that an announcement will appear in the next issue of the Campbell Countian, the Society's Quarterly Newsletter.

Anyone who wishes to submit an article on their family history can send it to:

Please direct all inquires concerning the Family History Book to the above address, or one can call the Society at the above telephone number. I believe they are generally in from around 9:00am to about 2:00pm. Monday Through Friday.



The following is a brief description of the criteria for the article, as published in an earlier addition:

"We want you to write a short history of your family (1-4 pages). The history would ideally begin with your earliest ancestor in Campbell County, but it can be written about any generation of your family - you, your spouse and children, your parents and family, your grandparents, ect. You do not have to be a current resident of Campbell County to submit an article. We would like your name to appear at the end of the article to give you full credit for your work."
