MUNCIE - Connie Jo Cooper, 55, passed away on May 7, 2003, at Ball Memorial
Hospital.

Ms. Cooper was born in Stearns, Ky., and had spent most of her life in
Muncie.

She was a licensed practical nurse at Ball Memorial Hospital for 7 years and
a member of the Northside Church of the Nazarene. She was also a member of
the Eagles Lodge in Muncie.

She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Campbell; four brothers, Bill Bowden
(wife: Jean), Terri Campbell (wife: Vicki), Tim Campbell (wife: Debi) and
Bruce Campbell; a sister, Brenda Adkisson (husband: Bubba); and several
nieces and nephews.

Services will be Saturday, May 10, 2003, at 11 a.m. at the Elm Ridge Funeral
Home. Burial will be in the Elm Ridge Memorial Park.

Friends may call from 2 until 6 p.m. today and 1 hour before services on
Saturday.

Elm Ridge Funeral Home is handling arrangements
