I think the Yamacaw Bridge has something to do with the dividing line of Wayne Co. and McCreary Co. Yamacaw River. One side of the bridge says or did say entering Wayne Co. and the other side entering McCreary Co. Maybe the U. S. Forest Service people can come up with something on the subject and the history of it. ??
