McCreary County was formed in 1912 from three different counties. These three were Pulaski County which extended all the way to Whitley City, Wayne County which took up all the Yamaha area and Smithtown also I believe, and Whitley Co. which extended to Pine Knot and a little beyond.

I thought that was in 1912, from Whitley County. Or were there more counties
