MUNCIE - Regal Gregory, 69, went to be with his Lord Saturday, February 5th
2005.
He was born in Stearns, KY on April 16, 1935 to Edgar and Dovie "Koger"
Gregory.
He lived in Muncie his entire adult life and retired from Franks Foundry in
1984.
He was a faithful member of Westside United Baptist Church, which he loved
very much.
He was also an avid fisherman and hunter.
He left behind his loving wife of 48 years, Rillie Cooper-Gregory; 6
children, Brenda Rook (husband, Jerry), Bremerton, WA, Linda Wright (husband, Harvey),
Muncie, Carolyn Johnson (husband, Lannie), Columbia, SC, Kathy Gerber
(husband, Bill) Muncie, Tammy Winchester (husband, Steve) Muncie, Regal Gregory Jr.
(wife, Dawn) Muncie; 18 grandchildren, Jerry, Danielle and Amanda Rook, Ricky
and Donnie Wright, Christopher, Heather and Daniel Johnson, Heather, Angie,
Jennifer, Billy and Jesse Gerber, Crystal and Nick Allred, Katlyn and Sierra
Winchester, Brandon Pennicuff; and 14 great-grandchildren; brothers Clifford
Gregory (wife, Delma) Muncie, Bill Gregory (wife, Patricia), Muncie, Charles
Gregory, Muncie; sister, Geneva Waters (husband, Delon), Muncie; several nieces and
nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Edgar and Dovie "Koger" Gregory; 2
sisters, Della Buck and Grace Kidd; and 1 brother, Glen Gregory.
Services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday February 9, 2005 in Parson Mortuary
with Pastor Larry Waters officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory
Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and prior to services
Wednesday.
