Well, it finally happened. I finally updated the Scott Co, TN website
tonight. Please accept my apologies for taking so long.

The list of changes is provided below. I have not caught up with all
the submissions you folks have sent me to post on the website. I'm
getting there. Please be patient.

Be sure to vote for your Scott Co, TN website on the Favorite Genealogy
Site contest. Right now we are 6th on the list of 114. Rate our site
too -- 10=best, 1=worst.

And ... notice we have announced the 2005 Scott Co, TN Get-Together for

Claude Cheatham and covers every issue from Vol 1, No. 1, Fall, 1983
to Vol 22, No. 2, Summer, 2004) The index is contained within a
zipped Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet. The file is large: 1.7Mbytes
and will need to be unzipped before being used.

Effective February 15, 2005, anyone seeking a certified copy of
a birth or death certificate from a Tennessee Vital Records
office must have either a signed and notarized application or
