Hi Sylvia,
As far as I can tell, Edward P. Childers was born to Holbert and Mary (Perry) May 7, 1874 or 1875. Edward Childers, 23yr, married Oan Baker 17yr on April 11, 1898 in Pulaski Co, KY. According to the reseach I found at the Pulaski County Historical Society, they were on the 1900 Pulaski Co. census as Ed 5/75 and Oen 1/81. In the 1910 Pulaski Co. census the were listed as Edd 35yr and Owen 29yr and 1 child, Marie 7yr. They were both buried at Beaty-Newell Cemetery, Bronston in Pulaski County, KY., he as Edwin P. Childers d. Jun 6, 1943 and her, Owens Childers d. Nov. 13, 1963. I don't see how your Edward would fit in if this information is correct.
There was an Edward Childers born to Andrew and Julia Childers in 1886 whose wife died young but that date probably doesn't fit.
I will look around some. Another part of these Childers were in Knox Co. KY but I don't see where he would fit in there either.\
Sandi
