My husband is seeking information about his ancestors. His grandmother was Dica, Dicey or Dicie Shepherd. His great-grandparents were George Washington Shepherd and wife Rachel who, we believe, was a Cherokee Indian. They were from the Whitley City area of Kentucky. Any information will be helpful.
