That's great help, Kenna, and a good starting point. So as I suspected, the King's had Indian blood. My grandmother, Lola King Spradlin had the high cheekbones. And I'm also related to Cornblossom a wee bit through the Mounce side.
I don't have any genealogy software, I make rough sketches of the family tree and put them into Word documents with text boxes and arrows. I have most of my mother's side of the family done that way, but they're from TN......And, I do remember my dad saying we were related to the Troxell's.
