Chester according to my FTM you'd have been his 3rd cousin twice removed. What exactly is a twice removed cousin I have no idea?

His father William Henry Spradlin was the s/o Patten Spradlin & Tempy Stephens. Patten was the s/o John Riley Spradlin & Margaret (Peggy) Slavy. J. R. was the s/o James Spradlin & Elizabeth Mounce.

Mom Matilda Cathryn (Tilda) Stephens was the d/o G. M. (Granville) Stephens & Millie (Permilia Jane) Strunk. G. M. was the s/o Calvin Stephens & Nancy A. Shepherd. Millie was the d/o General Jackson Strunk, Sr. & Elizabeth (Lizzie) Cox.
