Woodrow is my uncle from my mother's side
We descend from Jeptha M. Neal and Mary E. Bruce their son Ewell S. Neal and Martha ( Cox ) Neal is Woodrow's parents, their dau. Vina Hazel Neal Meadows is my mother
they all lived at Creekmore Ky. Whitley Co. It became McCreary Co. in 1912 as far as i know the address that was in the McCreary Co. record is correct.Woodrow is abt 85 yrs old now....I am doing some family research myself so if there is anything i can help you with i will be happy too.you might try find a grave and look for Neal/Bruce cem in Ky / McCreary Co. I have never heard of Albert Neal my self but he could be in this line e-mail me at
