I use Microsoft Streets & Trips on my computer. It still shows Red Ash, Whitley Co., KY. It looks like it's located between Jellico, Campbell Co., TN & Saxton, Whitley Co., KY on S. Hwy 25-W . It looks like it's just on the edge of the Daniel Boone National Forest.

Sorry but I can't be more accurate. Hope this helps some.
