What Precinct is Hayes Creek in in the 1920 McCreary Co. Census? I can't find it.

This Francis Marion Baird is the s/o Susie Baird. He lived in the 1920 Census on Hays (Hayes) Creek Rd. in Strunk.

[Does anyone know?] Would they (Susie & F. M.) have came from around the Smoky Junction, Elk Valley & Deer Lodge area of Campbell Co., TN and settled in the Hayes Creek area near Creekmore in Whitley Co., KY? I’m just trying to umm see the area.
