The gentleman who responded to the authenticity of your Civil War Artifact is correct. Stearns, Ky was founded by Justice S. Stearns in 1902. However there was a Trent family in Stearns and I believe his initials were H.C. and he worked for the Stearns Coal and Lumber Co. He had a son named Culiver Trent. I know this because I was born in Stearns, Ky in 1935 and graaduated from Stearns High School in 1954. I don't know what happened to the Trent family after that. Your bracelet might be of WW 1 or 2 vintage .
