Thanks to both of you for the information. I really didn't figure it was really civil war as it just didn't seem to match the style fo the civil war era. Still very interesting though. I would still love to track down the Trent Family. Maybe on of his decendants may want this braclet. I don't know for sure if my aunt is willing to give it up or not but she talked like maybe she would. We live in Georgia and I have no idea how she ended up with the braclet and she doesn't remember.
