Dont think so Ellen.
Silas was married to my Grama, Barbara Foster. He owned the Mill at Rock Creek and is buried in Winchester-Fidelity Cem.
He did die in 1902, but I dont have the exact date. Know it wasnt in winter, they found his body in the Mill creek..so it wasnt frozen over.
I thought at first that he might have been Silas Caylor Bell, but thats the wrong Silas.
Id appreciate anything anyone turns up on him and the whole mystery.
