Hello! I hope someone can help me out, I've exhausted all online sources that I can and family sources as well. Here is what I am looking for, information for the parents of Mattie Coffee Foster. Her information is:
Mattie Coffee b 12/21/1900 in McCreary Co Ky d 10/11/1957 in Cincinnati, Oh. she married William "Willie" Foster b 6/1890 McCreary Co. KY d 7/11/1942 McCreary Co KY
They had 8 children:
Lula J b 08/28/1918
Sarrah b 04/02/1921
Ray b 06/26/1923
Thomas b 06/12/1927
Oney & Loney b 08/10/1930 (Twins) (Oney is my grandmother)
Frank b unknown
John b unknown (haven't been able to talk to him recently due to ill health)
For some reason my grandmother doesn't know awhole lot about our lineage, she always says that it was just something that wasn't discussed back then. I have no idea what that means, but if any of you have ANY information or a direction that I could look I would certainly appreciate it!
I would love to be able to go through the records by hand and figure it out, however the Army has me in Texas and my husband in Iraq! If someone could help I would glady share anything that I have of interest.
