He's talking about Isham B. Strunk & Elizabeth King's son Ambrose/Ambers. I
think the cemetery book has him being buried in the Strunk Cemetery, Pine
Knot, McCreary Co., KY along with his dad. Does anyone know if Elizabeth is
buried their also?

On his sandstone marker is carved " Ambers M Strunk was born Oct 25 1841.
Dec April 1 1862. Kiled by the Rebbls in the Brimstone Battle." Local
historians say that when he was killed his mother found out about it,
traveled to the battle site and returned the body of her son to the site
where it now rests. (McCreary Co., KY Cemeteries Volume II by Robert E.
Stephens)
