Hello,

In the Birth Index, Charles is the one with the mother of Lottie Winchester. Census records are only available up until 1930, so not much help there either. Do you know if Lottie and Manuel died in Kentucky? The Young and Winchester names are common in this area of Kentucky. Any other info you can think of might be of help locating these folks.

I do see a Lottie A Winchester b. April 31, 1930 in McCreary County KY to a Zora Bell.
