For those that don't know, NARA is the National Archives and Records Administration - the folks you write to get Civil War pensions, the people who put the federal census on microfilm, etc.

The article is important because fees will/could increase DRAMATICALLY. For example, a civil war pension file could increase from $37.00 to $125.00, a 338% increase.
