Lisa,
If I am reading this right, Hollis was the son of William Addison Ball, is that right?
I found Alcie's death date, I believe you asked about that. Alcie passed away 26 May 1978 in McCreary Co. I have not found William Addison's death yet.
Carol

> Would love to exchange info with you. Do you have any pics of the Stephens of long ago. I've never seen one of Calvin or of Granville (my gr.gr.gr. and gr.gr.grandfathers). The only Stephens I can recall actually knowing was my gr.grandmother, Alcie Viola Stephens Ball. She was a daughter of Granville Stephens. She married my gr.grandfather, William Addison Ball, who was the son of Thomas Shelby Ball. My grandfather, Hollis Jennings Ball and my grandmother, Wilhelmina Craynon Ball (daughter of John Raymond Craynon and Ollie Jane Hansford Craynon), would take me to Kentucky to visit Alcie and other family when I was a little girl. Will Add died before I was born. Alcie passed away in May of 1978. I drive by her old house to reminisce whenever I go do to Whitley to visit my family that still lives there. Hope to hear from you soon. Attached is a photo of my gr.grandparents Will Add and Alcie with two of my grandfather's sisters. There were 10 children in all, 8 of !
