Hi Gary, My great grandmothers name was Zadie Jones and she married Hewie E. Black. Zadie was the daughter of Solomon Rufus Jones and Leona Whitehead Jones. Hewie Black was the son of George Washington Black and Mahalia Elizabeth Phillips Black.
Zadie's date of birth is Jul 01, 1902, and her date of death is Apr 05, 1985. Would this be the same Zadie Jones you are referring to?
