Barbara, I have a Joseph Leslie "Les" Elam from Morgan Co. KY, that
migrated to Tillman Co. OK in 1907 and married a Washburn, of my mother's
line. I would love to have his parent's names and other ancestors.

I have wondered if Les was related to Jesse Elam that married Margaret,
Mar. 7, 1856 in Morgan Co.KY. . Witnessed by Joseph and Wm. Elam.
Married by James Fugett.

Bill D. Oakley, descendant of Nip Oakley and Richard Oakley of Morgan Co.
